The new Nautilus is a modern day hotel that gives a nod to the original building which was designed by Morris Lapidus. The Miami Beach landscape is about to benefit from a whole new look for an old favorite. The previously closed hotel at 1825 Collins Avenue is the latest project for Sixty Hotels, a hotel management company that also has venues in Los Angeles and New York.
